Other news today (besides the hockey) are these sexy new THUMP 2 form Oakley. Thump is basically the mp3 line where the mp3 player is integrated into the glasses. This time Oakley was smart enough by taking an already successful design (Gascans that Chras has) and throwing in teh same technology found in teh Ipod shuffle.... yes this adds to teh list of more things I don't need but good lord they are oh so sexy. With more agressive pricing, improved user design and larger flash capacity i can guess that this will be a holiday hit! Speaking of Ipods, besides the nano jsut releasing, Apple will be announcing something big on Oct. 12 - Speculation going around is a video capable ipod player - interesting. sorry for the lack in updates.... MAYBE I'll be better starting know though it is midterm week next week... blah... happy thanksgiving otherwise! peace - carl
