Indonesian food in Utrecht!

So two weeks ago got invited to Dian's house in Utrecht for some Indonesian food along with Erica, Christian and Ana. and since this boi is missing and yet to turn down some good ol' home-cooked asian food I was down!
Utrecht is a small city just outside of Amsterdam and is only 20-30 minutes by Train. Dian is an AIESEC trainee/alumni with aiesec Indonesia however she has been living with her husband Eimar (also aiesec alumni) in Utrecht for many years. This is actually her second traineeship with ABN AMRO and she is doing this hopefully to get a full time position and also because her local asked her to so that they will get the money along with a realized SN! Eimar was also a trainee from Holland and also did two traineeships in Indonesia - and well ... the rest is history!
Along with the amazing (and spicy!) food, these two have great stories and lots of knowledge regarding aiesec and their experiences in general. So kids in aiesec - make use of those BOA/alumni members because they are full of knowledge! We ate and drank wine and talked for about 4-5 hours and then went out to the bars at 12am. We partied until about 3am, and then Erica and Christian took the 4am train back to Amsterdam where as Ana and I stayed overnight at Dian's place.
The next day went site seeing as Eimar and Dian took us around. I will definitely go back and visit as Dian insists it's one of the most amazing places during the spring when people chill and eat down by the canals (the canals are different from Amsterdam as the platforms are low and close to the surface of the water and lots of room for restaurants or nice walk out basements!).
