Ming-hua and I have only met a few times but she is my chinese/mandarin counterpart in this group. On her last night here she did up a huge asian email for us (put me to shame) with three different kinds of DBL, noodles and good spirits! fondest memory of her is when she was trying to teach us a craazy mandarin tongue twister that I still can't get / this went along with the french and the spanish ones.
